When preparing a menu for a summer holiday or retreat it is of utmost important to understand the needs of each group, the restrictions and any preferences. The team then designs a tailored menu that includes nutritionally balanced meals that showcase Menorca’s gastronomic strengths all while being unique to the group, family or special event.

Mediterranean Spanish Menu

These menus are inspired by the sensations of summer. The perfect meal to match salty skin and long sunsets after a day of sailing. Fresh fish, seafood and traditional Spanish recipes blend together to make this offering perfect for the warm evenings during your stay in menorca, paired perfectly with a crisp white wine.

Argentine Asado

The centuries old practice of cooking through a simple, intricate fire. Using local grass fed and free roaming meat and locally sourced salads, this menu is perfect for gathering around a fire and enjoying the the argentine specialty of asado. Can be implemented into a holiday private chef service or as a stand alone specialty dinner.

Hi, I am Santiago.

I am originally from Argentina, I love a good asado and drinking mate with friends. I have lived in Menorca for 20 years and have always been impacted by the abundance of fresh, good food on such a small island.

As a farmer myself, I like creating menu’s that represent Menorca’s local farmers and what they have to offer. I cook with the Island in mind, so all of the meals we make are respectful of the biodiversity in the land and sea.

I have been a chef for more than 15 years. I like making good food, using really fresh ingredients and keeping things simple.
